I am under age 65 and retired:

• Prior to 1991 from an NU System Company at that time
• Prior to 1993 from Public Service of New Hampshire
• After 1990 from an NU System Company at that time, or
  After 1992 from Public Service of New Hampshire, or from Yankee Gas

I am age 65 or older and retired:

• Prior to 1991 from an NU System Company at that time
