Health Benefits
The NU Benefits Representative will update your records to reflect that you will no longer be covering a spouse for health benefits
Beneficiaries
If you had designated your spouse as your beneficiary for the proceeds from your Retiree Life Insurance or 401k Plan, you will want to make new designations. Beneficiary cards are maintained in the NU Benefits department.

Tax Withholding
You may want to consider changing your withholding taxes on your pension payments to reflect the change in your marital status. Complete the appropriate tax withholding forms below and mail them directly to Aetna:
